PRGR Warranty
The PRGR is covered with a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty is effective on the date product was received and is only applicable to the original purchaser. For any warranty issues within the one-year timeframe, we will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any PRGR that malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, third party service, wear and tear during use of the PRGR, cosmetic damage, or damage to the PRGR caused after receipt of the product.
PRGR Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for the PRGR, effective as of the delivery date. If you're not 100% satisfied with your PRGR, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs. To be eligible for this refund, the PRGR must be returned in ‘like new’ condition and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@thespeedtoad.com. You will need to show proof of purchase from our store to start a return claim.
